1/64 Die Cast Metal Thomas the Tank Train Engines by ERTL...Diecast metal trains

These die cast metal engines are designed to be free wheeling take along toys. They do not fit on the wooden Thomas the Tank track systems. All wheels are plastic. Thomas trains are for ages 3+.

These Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends are  the original engines and vehicles  from "The Shining  Time Station".

These train engines  are similar to HO scale,  each engine is about 3".
These cars do not have magnetic couplers and are designed to be played with as individual characters. Ertl makes a plastic track that is designed for these Thomas the tank engines. The rail gauge (distance between tracks) is 5/8"
