Refund Policy - online
       In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call our retail store during normal business hours or  send us an email within 2 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization. You may return the item(s) for a replacement or a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable even if you refuse your order. Please use a return shipping method that provides confirmation of delivery. We are not responsible for returned orders that are lost or damaged in transit. All returned items must be in new condition with original packaging.
Return authorizations are valid for 14 days. Unauthorized returns or expired return authorizations (post marked after 14 days) will not be credited. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning merchandise to us. If you want to exchange an item you are responsible for the cost of shipping exchanged merchandise to you.

    A refund will be issued for an order that was shipped but not received after it has been established by the carrier that the carton(s) is not recoverable (lost).

    Orders that are refused or  "not picked up" are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is also responsible for any return carrier fees.

Refund Policy - instore
      You may return the item(s) for a full refund within 7 days. We will exchange or offer a merchandise credit for item(s) purchased within 30 days.  A receipt or gift receipt is required for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new condition with original packaging. Items that are opened are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Cancellation Policy
 
You can cancel your order if it has not shipped. A 15% restocking fee applies if your order is cancelled after it has been processed.
