Refund Policy
In the event that you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, please call our retail
store during normal business hours or send us an email within 2 days of receiving your order to obtain a return
authorization. You may return the item(s) for a replacement or a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable
even if you refuse your order. Please use a return shipping method that provides confirmation of delivery. We are not
responsible for returned orders that are lost or damaged in transit.
All returned items must be in new condition with original packaging. Return authorizations are valid for 14 days. Unauthorized returns or expired
return authorizations (post marked after 14 days) will not be credited.
