Shipping information.

Provided below is a map of UPS ground transit times from our shipping location in Sudbury, Massachusetts. We also use DHL. We offer ground, second day air, and next day air. Most items ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that UPS does not deliver to a Post Office Box and does not delivery on Saturday or Sunday. If you request next day on Friday, it will arrive on Monday. Orders received before 12:00 PM EST usually ship within 1 business day, except during high volume periods. 

The minimum ground charge is about $8.00 for the first pound. Each additional pound is about 40 cents. Orders over 3 cubic feet are calculated by volume rather than weight. This is called dimensional weight and uses an industry standard formula of (length X width X height) / 194. The resulting number is the "weight". Cost varies between zip codes. All domestic orders have a non refundable handling charge of $2.50.

We offer UPS and DHL Next Day and Second Day service. Depending on the time your order is ready to ship we will use DHL or UPS. UPS and DHL will not guarantee their delivery times during high volume periods or severe weather conditions. When your order is accepted by our system, we email you back an order confirmation to the billing address email only, this is an automated process. When an order ships, we email a tracking number to the billing address only so that you can track the progress of your shipment. Aggressive spam blocking may prevent you from receiving information from us. We do not charge your credit card until your order ships. Shipping charges are not refundable if you refuse a shipment in transit or if an item is returned for refund. If the shipping address provided is incorrect a $10.00 correction fee will apply once the order is picked up by our delivery service. This charge is imposed by the courier service and includes address, city, state, and zip code.

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) for all international shipments. You can choose between Priority or Express mail service. Priority is typically 6-10 days transit time. It is not trackable, but we insure it to your port of entry. Express is 2-4 days and is insured and trackable to your port of entry. Each international package is hand delivered to the USPS.  A non refundable handling charge covers the time it takes to drive to the USPS and complete the  proper export and import documentation. Handling charges vary. 
    

Shipping cost is calculated in the "Checkout" area after your items are selected. Your address is required in order to determine the shipping charges. Your credit card information is not required at that time. All information that you provide is strictly confidential.
