USPS PRIORITY IS NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE - as stated by the United States Post Office
When your package ships you receive a tracking number from USPS or UPS, check
for that in your email, take the time to look for it. Track your package, if the
tracking information is sometimes vague, consult UPS or USPS to get more
details. Any order that is refused is subject to a 20% restocking
fee. An order can not be cancelled after it is handed over to the delivery
service.
If you select Rush Processing your order will be processed within 24
hours.
Otherwise, normal processing time is 3-4 business days. If you select expedited
shipping such as International Express, 3 day, 2nd day, or next day UPS shipping
and want your item to move to the top of the order processing cue, please select
Rush Processing, otherwise orders are packed and shipped within
3-4 business days.
We will attempt to ship your order using the selected shipping method. In certain cases, USPS calculates the shipping based on box size rather than weight. In those cases, we will use UPS so that we can ship your package off with no additional freight charge. This revision might add 1-2 days of transit time.

Provided below is a map of UPS ground transit times from our shipping location in Sudbury, Massachusetts. We also use USPS. We offer ground, select (3 day), second day air, and next day air from UPS. Most items ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that UPS does not deliver to a Post Office Box and does not delivery on Saturday or Sunday. If you request next day on Friday, it will arrive on Monday. Orders received before 12:00 PM EST usually ship within 1 business day, except during high volume periods. Transit time is not guaranteed during unusual conditions such as severe weather.
You
can also select USPS Priority mail, it offers 2-3 day transit time to anywhere
in the continental US and Saturday delivery but it is not a guaranteed service.
The minimum ground charge for UPS is about $7.00 for the first pound
for residential service. Each additional pound is about
50˘. Orders over 3 cubic feet are calculated by volume rather than weight. This is called dimensional weight and uses an industry standard formula of (length X width X height) / 194.
The resulting number is the "weight". Cost varies between zip codes.
The minimum USPS charge is about $5.00.
When your order is accepted by our system, we email you back an order
confirmation to the billing address email only, this is an automated process. When an order ships, we email a tracking number
to the billing address only so that you can track the progress of your shipment. Aggressive spam blocking may prevent you from receiving information from
us. We do not charge your credit card until your order ships. Shipping charges are not refundable if you refuse a shipment in transit or if an item is returned for refund. If the shipping address provided is incorrect a $10.00 correction fee will apply once the order is picked
up by our delivery service. This charge is imposed by the courier service and includes address, city, state, and zip code.
Additionally, UPS will return your carton(s) to us after 3 delivery attempts
have been made. If you are not able to accept the carton(s) then you are
responsible for the return shipping cost.
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) for all international shipments. You can choose between Priority or
Express mail service. Priority is typically 6-10 days transit time. Express is 2-4 days to your port of entry.
USPS does guarantee transit time for these two shipping methods. Once your international order is received.
we will
request the 3 digit credit code from the back of your card. This is required in
order to reduce credit card fraud and to verify that you have the credit card in
your possession. International packages are only insured to the point of entry
of your destination country. Once a package has been delivered to the
destination country (as determined by the USPS tracking code), all lost or
damaged claims must be resolved through your local postal agency.
Shipping cost is calculated in the "Checkout" area after your items are selected
and your address is entered. Your address is required in order to determine the shipping charges. Your credit card information is not required at that time. All information that you provide is strictly confidential.
