If you are not satisfied or have a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to request a return authorization. All products that are returned must be in new condition with the original product packaging and a return authorization number issued by us. Clothing and footwear must be returned in “as received” condition and not show any signs of wear or use. Do NOT use shoe box as a shipping carton. We will refund the full purchase price of the product(s). If you would like to exchange footwear or clothing for a different size or style we will offer free “Rush Processing” on exchanged items. Regular shipping charges will be applied. We can not offer free shipping on exchanges.

Please use a return shipping method (such as USPS Priority Mail) that can be tracked. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged.
Please box or wrap the returned items in a manner similar to the way you received it.
Return authorizations are valid for 15 days from date of issuance. We can not accept merchandise after the return period has expired.
