Shipping and Tracking
If you select Rush Processing your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Otherwise, normal processing time is 2-3 business days. If you select expedited shipping such as International Express or USPS Priority Mail Express shipping and want your item to move to the top of the order processing cue, please select Rush Processing, otherwise orders are packed and shipped as received. Please note that UPS does not deliver to a Post Office Box and does not delivery or pickup on Saturday or Sunday. If you request next day on Friday, it will arrive on Monday. Transit time is not guaranteed during unusual conditions such as severe weather.
USPS Priority Mail domestic transit time is 2-3 days. USPS PRIORITY IS NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE – as stated by the United States Post Office. USPS Priority EXPRESS Mail transit time is 1-2 days. USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS IS A GUARANTEED SERVICE. The actual transit time depends on your zone. You can ship one pound anywhere in the USA by USPS Priority for around $8.00.
You can get a shipping quote in Checkout by simply entering your zip code. For oversized cartons we will contact you with a revised shipping quote.
If a shipment is verified to have been delivered, we (the shipper) are not responsible for theft. If necessary, please request that we include special handling instructions such as “will pick up at post office” or “do not leave at door” or “signature required” (for an additional cost).
We will attempt to ship your order using the selected shipping method. In certain cases, we reserve the right to ship your order using a more expeditious shipping method.
When your order is accepted by our system you will receive an on screen confirmation as well as an order confirmation sent to the billing address email only, this is an automated process. If you do not receive an email from us check your billing email address. When an order ships, we email a tracking number to the billing address only so that you can track the progress of your shipment. Aggressive spam blocking or an incorrect billing address email are probable reasons that prevent you from receiving information from us. You can always use the contact us link to request that we resend your tracking information. It would be helpful if you include your order number.
We do not charge your credit card until your order ships. Shipping charges are not refundable if you refuse a shipment in transit or if an item is returned for refund. If the shipping address provided is incorrect a correction fee as determined by the courier will apply once the order is picked up by our delivery service. This charge is imposed by the courier service, most often UPS, and includes corrections and omissions to address, city, state, and zip code. We will provide documentation to you of the additional charge. Additionally, UPS will return your carton(s) to us after 3 delivery attempts have been made. If you are not able to accept the carton(s) then you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) for all international shipments. You can choose between Priority or Express mail service. Priority is typically 6-10 days transit time and is not a guaranteed time service. Express is guaranteed to be delivered within 2-6 days to the port of entry, typically customs, of the destination country. Any package can be delayed at the destination country’s Customs Exchange.
You must inform us (Cloud Nine Toys) of any claim for lost or damaged items. We will initiate a claim through the USPS and it make take up to 45 days to resolve. Please be aware that certain items are not allowed to be imported and will be confiscated. It is your responsibility to know the limitations. we are not responsible for items that are confiscated.
International shipments may be subject to importation tariffs. It is your responsibility to be aware of the tariff, if any, and you are responsible for resolving importation issues with the appropriate entity. All orders are processed in United States dollars and we do not know your currency conversion.
If you cancel your order AFTER your credit card has been processed you will be charged 5% of your invoice to cover the cost of processing and preparing your order for shipment. The remaining balance will be refunded.
